The New Florida Panthers / Las nuevas Panteras de Florida

To tell the truth they have become new since a while back...

To prove that, they have reached their second Stanley Cup Final in a row, though they are still to win one. However, they are quite different to what they were before... see what I wrote in 2013... 11 years ago:

The coach of the Florida Panthers was fired because the team does nothing but lose.

The general manager said Dineen was angry at the firing,  but he was sent on his way, anyway.

But not only will the coach and his two assistants be sent out, but also some players will find the way to the exit.

His words were: "Our best players have to start playing better or we will look for better players." In other words he got tired of losing.

Finally, because truth be told, two consecutive seasons of this had become unbearable.

The new coach comes from the San Antonio Rampage. And now we will wait to see how the team behaves. Go Panthers!

A decir verdad se han vuelto nuevos desde hace un tiempo...

Para demostrarlo, han llegado a su segunda final consecutiva de la Copa Stanley, aunque todavía les falta ganar una. Sin embargo, son bastante diferentes a lo que eran antes... mira lo que escribí en 2013... hace 11 años:

El entrenador de los Florida Panthers fue despedido porque el equipo no hace más que perder.

El gerente general dijo que Dineen estaba enojado por el despido, pero de todos modos lo despidió.

Pero no sólo el entrenador y sus dos asistentes serán expulsados, sino que también algunos jugadores encontrarán el camino hacia la salida.

Sus palabras fueron: "Nuestros mejores jugadores tienen que empezar a jugar mejor o buscaremos mejores jugadores". En otras palabras, se cansó de perder.

Finalmente, porque la verdad es que dos temporadas consecutivas de esto se habían vuelto insoportables.

El nuevo entrenador proviene del San Antonio Rampage. Y ahora esperaremos a ver cómo se comporta el equipo. ¡Arriba las panteras!
